Terex also offers a complete line of financial products and services to assist in the acquisition of equipment through Terex Financial Services. Terex is focused on its mission of delivering products that are reliable and cost effective and producing equipment that improves its customers' return on invested capital. Terex has expanded dramatically in recent years, primarily through a series of acquisitions and divestures designed to expand the product offering, improve geographic coverage and deliver value for Terex customers. Terex is building a franchise under the Terex brand name. As part of that effort, Terex is migrating the historic brand names for many of its products to the Terex brand, including in some cases using the historic brand name in conjunction with the Terex brand for a transitional period of time. Terex products are currently marketed principally under the Terex brand name and the following historic brand names, including in some cases the use of the Terex name in conjunction with these historic brand names: Advance, American, American Truck Company, Amida, Bartell, Bendini, Benford, Bid-Well, Canica, Cedarapids, CMI, CMI-Cifali, CMI Johnson-Ross, Comedil, Demag, ELJay, Fermec, Finlay, Franna, Fuchs, Genie, Hi-Ranger, Jaques, Morrison, Pegson, Peiner, Powerscreen, PPM, Reedrill, Schaeff, Simplicity, Standard Havens, Telelect and TerexLift.
