Here are the steps to login to your TradeIndia account.

Login using a mobile number:

1. Visit Tradeindia.com. Click on the login button on the top right.
2. Enter your registered mobile number.
3. Enter the OTP you’ve received.
4. Click on ‘Verify and Proceed’.
5. It’s done.

Login using an email address

1. Enter your registered email address and password.
2. Click on ‘Verify and Proceed’.
3. You will be logged in to your Tradeindia account.

How to check inquiries on MTI:

1. Login to Tradeindia.com using your registered email or mobile number.
2. Once you have logged in, click on the dashboard and select ‘’Inquiries and Contacts’’ from the left menu bar.
3. Select "Inbox" from the dropdown to view all the received inquiries.
4. Click on ‘Verify and Proceed’.
5. To view any one of the inquiries, click on the “Inquiry’.
6. You can also respond to the inquiry by typing your message in the designated box placed just below the inquiry and clicking on the ‘’reply’’ button.
7. You can also check phone inquiries by clicking on ‘’Call Alerts."
8. If the inquiry is not relevant, you can also mark it as irrelevant by selecting an appropriate reason.

Here’s how you can check and consume buy leads on a daily basis.

1. Login to Tradeindia.com using your registered email or mobile number.
2. Once you have logged in, click on the dashboard and select ‘’Buy Leads’’ from the left menu bar.
3. Under "Buy Leads," select ‘’Latest Buy Leads’’.
4. Under the ‘’Latest buy leads’’ section, you can check and respond to buy leads or post your buy requirement.
5. To respond to a buy lead, type your message in the message box, attach files if you have any, and click on the reply button.

To post a requirement

1. Under "buy leads," select "post buy leads," enter your requirements, fill in additional details, and click on the "post buy lead" button.

To keep track of your responded buy leads

1. Select the option ‘’Responded Buy Leads’’ under ‘’Buy Leads."
2. Under this section, you can see a list of leads that you have responded to.

To check the history of your previously posted requirement

1. Select the option ‘’Posted Buy Requirement’’ under ‘’Buy Leads."

To check important or saved buy leads or requirements

1. Select the option ‘’Important/Saved" under ‘’Buy Leads."

4. Once you have updated the profile, click on the Update button at the bottom.

How to add featured products?

1. Login to Tradeindia.com using your registered email or mobile number.
2. Once you have logged in, click on the dashboard and select ‘’Featured Products’’ from the left menu bar.
3. Under ‘’Featured Products," select ‘’Add Products’’ to update your product details like product name, category, images, videos, and other product-related details.
4. After entering all the details, click on the "Update’’ button.
5. You can also edit your product details by clicking on ‘’Manage Featured Product."
6. Mention correct details and price of the products to attract more customers. It’ll also help you create a better experience, and build more trust.

2. Once you have logged in, click on the dashboard and select ‘’Product Showroom’’ from the left menu bar.
3. To add a product, click on ‘’Add Product’’ under ‘’Product Showroom."
4. Under "Add Product," you can select your main category and product category, add product images, videos, and other product-related details, and submit it for approval from the Tradeindia catalogue team.
5. You can also edit your already posted products from ‘Manage Products."
