Description:
Minimizes permeability and effectively waterproofs concrete and cement sand mortars for applications like roof slabs and screeds, basements, external plastering, bathroom floors, water tanks, sumps, drains and all water retaining bodies.
Benefits:
- Liquid State ensures instant and complete dispersion and Uniform waterproofing throughout concrete matrix.
- Improves workability and compaction of concrete and mortar, even in unmonitored site conditions.
- Minimizes porosity and honey combing. Produces dense, homogenous, quality concrete and reduction in permeability of concrete/ mortar.
- Effectively reduces bleeding and segregation
Standards: K2 Lignoproof WLC conforms to IS:2645-2003.

Application Instructions:
| Mortar | K2 Lignoproof WLC is ideal for use with all sand/cement mortars where minimum permeability is required. |
| Concrete | K2 Lignoproof WLC is used in all general mass concrete work where, difficulty of compaction or mix control, the risk of porosity and permeability exists. Eg. Basements, bunds walls, tanks, balcony, floor and roof slabs. |
| Dosage | The minimum dosage is 100 ml and the maximum is 200ml per 50kgs of cement. If maximum dosage is used a minimum of 15% water should be reduced to ensure no loss in strength. |
| K2 Lignoproof WLC is measured and stirred into the dosing water. | |
| K2 Lignoproof WLC water mixture shall be added to the concrete or mortar and mixed thoroughly. Mixing shall be continued and further water shall be added until the required work ability is obtained. | |
| The total amount of water added per mix in the initial batches shall be maintained for the remaining batches. Lf the moisture content of the sand or aggregate changes, then the amount of water used must be reduced or increased to give the original work ability. | |
| Packaging | K2 Lignoproof WLC is supplied in 500ml, 1, 5,20 and 200 liter Pack. |
| Storage | K2 Lingoproof WLC has a minimum shelf life of 12 months, if kept in a dry store in unopened Conditions |
