Key Features
K2 Suplast AC is Accelerating admixture for concrete, which accelerates the stiffening and early strength gain of Portland cement concrete and mortar. The application areas are structural concrete, concrete blocks, concrete pipes, precast items and also suitable for cold weather masonry work.

It is a chloride free accelerator and does not affect pre-stressed and pre-cast concrete
It can be used in concreting at any temperature between 5oC to 45oC
It is specially designed to control water cement ratio and reduce set rate at early stage of concrete as well gain ultimate strengths
This product can go with both PCC and RCC
It gives high early strength.
Standard: K2 Suplast AC complies with IS 9103 - 1999, BS 5075 - Part - 1 and ASTM - C 494 Type "C" as accelerating admixture.

APPLICATION Instruction: K2 Suplast AC is compatible with all kinds of OPC, composite cement
(PSC and PPC) Silica Fume, Metakaolin, Rice Husk Ash (RHA), Pulverized Fuel Ash (PFA) and Ground
Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS). But it is recommended to add proper dose at the time of
mixing with cement for better result. After addition of K2 Suplast AC the concrete should be mix at
least for 2 minutes.
Dosage: The normal recommended dosage is 500ml to 1.2 Ltrs per 50 Kg of Cement. The ultimate
dosage has to be determined by site trials.
Packing: 5 Kg, 25 Kg & 250 Kg Pack.
Storage & Shelf Life: To be stored away from heat and frost. Best before 24 months from the date
of manufacturing.
