APPLICATION INSTRUCTION

Preparation

Centrel is a ready to use material and require no mixing, stir the contents of the container thoroughly before use. Surface should be cleaned and for used moulds, all traces of cement must be removed together with any surface deposit of previous oils.

The versions are:

Coating:

Apply one coat only by brush, sponge, roller or spray on the cleaned surface. Nonabsorbent surfaces requires single coat. New unsealed wood and timber may require subsequent coat ifthe previously applied coat is absorbed.

Coverage:

A coverage between 20 to 6om2 per ltr is possible depending upon the porosity and texture of mould surface.

Packaging:

Centrel DA is available in 20 ltr and 200 ltr pack size.

Storage:

Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacturing and it should be stored in cool and dry place.

Health & Safety:

K2 CENTREL DA is not hazardous. It should not be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with the skin and eyes. Protective gloves, Mouth mask and goggles should be worn. Contact with skin for long tenure should be avoided. In case of contact with the eyes, it should be rinsed immediately with plenty of water and medical advice sought immediately.

FIRE:

K2 Centrel DA is flammable and non toxic. Using Centrel DA near flame or smoking during use should be avoided.
