Expansion time after mixing: Expansion stops approximately after 120 minutes at 30 C

Application Directions & Precautions:
Surface Quality: Concrete, grout or stone surface must be sound and free from any voids or cracks

Surface Preparation: Before application of K2 GROUT NSFF the surface should thoroughly cleaned with some mechanical processes like water jetting, breakers, blast cleaning, and scrabbles. It should be free for dust oil, grease, loose partials etc.
Prepared surface should be pre soaked with water to make it Surface Saturated Dry.

Mixing: Mix the powder with water at a proportion of 1:4. Mix the grout with water about 3 to 4 minutes to get the accurate consistency.

Pouring: Pour the grout immediately into the prepared openings. Take a look at the time of pouring K2 Grout there should not be any air voids remain. This grout not needs any vibrators as it is a free flow grout.

Storage & Shelf Life: It should be stored in cool and dry place. Shelf life is maximum 24 months form the date of manufacturing. Humid conditions may reduce the self life.
