Key Features

K2 Suplast SP is an aqueous solution of chemical dispersant combined with second generation superplasticiser which increases its beneficial effect on quality and plasticity of concrete mixes. The product is supplied as a brown liquid instantly dispersible in water.

K2 Suplast SP has been specially formulated to give high water reduction up to 25% without loss of workability and produce high quality concrete of reduced permeability.

  • To produce pumpable readymix concrete.
  • To produce rheoplastic concrete that can easily set to densely reinforced concrete elements.
  • To achieve high range water reduction, high workability and produce higher grade of concrete.

Application Instructions:

Dosage
The optimum dosage is best determined by site trials with concrete mix design which enables the effects of workability, strength or cement reduction to be measured.

Normal Dosage
250 ml to 1 liter per 50 kg of cement. Higher dosage may require for special application depending upon site requirement.

Packaging: 25 kgs and 250 kgs.

Shelf Life and Storage
Shelf life is one year from the date of manufacturing. Store the material in cool and dry place.

Health & Safety:
K2 Suplast SP is not hazardous. It should not be swallowed or allowed to come into contact with the skin and eyes. Protective gloves, Nose mask and goggles should be worn. Contact with skin for long tenure should be avoided. In case of contact with the eyes, it should be rinsed immediately with plenty of water and medical advice sought immediately.
