Description:
K2 Krack Seal is a ready to use cement based polymer modified non - shrink powder material for filling non - moving cracks in plasters. It is composed of cement, properly selected aggregates, polymer & additive which require on site addition of water only. It is ideal to fill up to 6mm x 6mm size static cracks. It has excellent adhesion with substrate both for vertical and horizontal application.
Area of Application
- For filling static cracks of 3 to 6 mm sizes in plasters and masonry wall.
- Suitable for both vertical and horizontal applications in building, toilets, bathrooms, balconies etc.
- As a fair coat on plastered or un plastered surfaces to fill up the gap or undulations.

Application Instruction:
| Surface Preparation | Surface should be sound and clean. |
| Make sure surface is free of loose debris. | |
| Contamination of oil, grease or bitumen should be completely cleaned. | |
| Remove old caulk from joints. | |
| Mixing | Mixing ratio is 2.5 part Powder: 1 part Water by volume. |
| Application | Apply the mixed paste into the crack by suitable spatula or putty knife blade. Fill the material and tool it by putty knife blade pressing against crack so that air voids get filled. Workability of mixed system is approx 25 minutes. |
| Limitations | K2 Krack Seal to be used to fill cracks of static nature and up to 6mm wide only. |
| Not for dynamic cracks and expansion or construction joints. | |
| Packaging | 500 gm and 1 kg pack. |
| Coverage | 1 KG powder covers approx 30 to 35 meter length of crack for an average groove size 6mm x 6mm. |
