The input to the machine is a roll of insulation material of width equal to the developed width of the folded closer. In case different shapes need to be processed on the machine, the forming rollers need to be replaced. The machine stops automatically after the set number of pieces are cut. The output is collected in a bin. As an optional feature, the machine can be supplied with heating arrangement which is useful for shape retention of the rounded U shaped paper.

Maximum paper thickness: 0.5mm.
Cutting length linear accuracy + 0.5mm
Machine will not start in AUTO mode, unless paper is fed into the machine and should stop when the paper roll finishes.
