Insulation Paper Cuffing And Cutting Machines

The input to the machine is the developed width of the paper, which is equal to the core length + 4 times the cuff height required. The machine produces cuffs on both sides and then cuts the paper to the desired length. The length to be cut as well as the number of pieces required can be preset on the machine HMI. The machine stops automatically after the set number of pieces are cut. The output is collected in a bin. The machine is PLC controlled, and completely guarded for operator safety (not shown in the picture). The machine works on 230 V single phase input power and uses compressed air for the cutter.
