Sleeve Tube Production Machinery

This tube has a stainless steel sleeve layer (not electroplated) outside the carbon steel tube to form a two-layer tube. The external stainless steel layer serves the antirust and decoration purposes and the internal carbon steel layer is the main part for support and strength. This combination forms a budget alternative to SS tubes for decorative uses.

Its advantage: This is the only cheaper alternative to SS tube for Decorative & Utility applications that demand combination of anti-trust (without electroplating /Galvanizing / Epoxy coating due to specification or safe environmental compliance) , SS Shine and high strength.

Its Typical Specifications are:
Finished Round Tube: Outer diameter range : 12.5mm to 75mm
Thickness (MS + SS sleeve): 1.5mm to 3.0mm
Requirement for SS Sleeve: 0.2 to 0.3mm thick stainless (SS 304 & 316 grade) sleeve
Inner tube : Carbon Steel (IS513 Grade)
Forms: Round, Rectangle, Square Shapes possible by changing roll dies.
Notes : Bending and Welding possible.
