EVATANE 28-25 and EVATANE 28-25 PV are premium ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymers designed for high-performance applications. With a 28% VA content and a melt index of 25 g/10min, these materials provide excellent softness, polarity, and compatibility with resins and waxes.
EVATANE 28-25 is perfect for hot melt adhesives, coatings, and masterbatches, delivering high cohesive strength and efficient processing.
EVATANE 28-25 PV is exclusively formulated for photovoltaic encapsulation, offering high electrical insulation, superior transparency, and excellent dimensional stability. It is optimized for low PID EVA-based solar films, ensuring long-term reliability in solar applications.
With high elongation at break (1000%) and a tensile strength of 14 MPa, these EVA grades ensure outstanding durability and performance. The materials maintain their integrity under heat with a ring & ball temperature of 120C and a Vicat softening temperature below 40C.
