Sumitomo Eva H2201 High Performance Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer Plastic Raw Material

Sumitomo EVA H2201 is an ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer specifically designed for foam molding applications such as footwear soles, cushioning materials, and thermal insulation. Manufactured using the autoclave process, H2201 exhibits superior elasticity, low-temperature performance, and toughness. It offers smooth processing and is free from slip and antiblock additives, making it especially suitable for applications requiring high-quality surface finish and dimensional stability.

H2201 has a vinyl acetate (VA) content of 18%, a melt flow rate of 2.5 g/10 min, and demonstrates excellent tensile strength (20 MPa) and elongation (800%). It contains a thermal stabilizer to ensure consistent processing without yellowing or degradation, and its flexural modulus of 34 MPa and Shore D hardness of 38 provide the ideal combination of softness and mechanical resilience for foam-based products.
