Eva Plastic Granules Greenflex Ff35

Greenflex FF35, produced by Versalis (Eni Group), is an ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer optimized for blown film extrusion. With a vinyl acetate content of 9%, a melt flow rate of 0.7 g/10 min, and a density of 0.929 g/cm, it delivers strong mechanical performance, good processability, and excellent sealing behavior.

Films made from FF35 show tensile strength up to 28 MPa, elongation at break above 600%, dart impact resistance of 550 g, and tear resistance up to 40 N/mm, ensuring durability in demanding packaging applications. It also provides a low haze (4%) and high gloss (73) finish, giving films excellent optical properties.

Greenflex FF35 is widely used in flexible packaging, stretch hood films, and profile extrusion, where mechanical strength, sealability, and optical clarity are critical. It complies with EU food contact regulations, making it safe for food packaging applications.
