Moplen Ppcp Ep548s Polypropylene Copolymer Plastic Raw Material

Moplen EP548S is a nucleated, antistatic polypropylene (PP) impact copolymer manufactured by LyondellBasell, specially designed for injection molding applications. With a high melt flow rate of 44 g/10 min (230C/2.16 kg), this grade provides excellent flowability for producing thin-walled, complex, and high-volume parts.
Moplen EP548S delivers a reliable combination of impact strength and stiffness, with a tensile modulus of 1550 MPa and tensile yield strength of 28 MPa. It also exhibits good low-temperature impact performance, making it suitable for applications exposed to varying environmental conditions. The material demonstrates excellent processability, high dimensional stability, and aesthetic surface finish.
This grade is commonly used in housewares, opaque containers, thin-walled packaging (such as margarine tubs and yogurt pots), and toys, where durability, stiffness, and appearance are critical.
