SL type vibration boiling cooling bed is a new type of old sand cooling equipment developed and produced by our factory in combination with foreign products. Mainly used for cooling treatment of old sand in the production of tidal sand molding. The vibration boiling cooling bed is composed of a porous fish scale plate bed, an air blowing system, an exhaust system, and a humidification system. It has the characteristics of high cooling efficiency, stable operation, and low maintenance, and can obtain used sand that is close to room temperature. The matching humidification system can pre adjust the water content of the used sand, making the cooling effect better.
