Ratchet lever hoist manufacturing as per i.s : 11340/1985

Ratchet lever hoist to be used in a heavy steel fabrication shop for lifting or pulling of heavy components. The ambient working temperature goes up to 50A A c

Frame (housing) is construction with high grade cast steel as per i.s : 1030/1998, grade

Lever handle shall be strong and easy to operate. Rubber hand grip shall be provided for better comfort.

Hooks: both the upper and lower shall be made up high quality forged steel with locking latchs (safty latch) as per i.s: 15560/2005 (superseding i.s: 8610/1977) alloy steel drop forged.

Gear and pinions made from alloy steel as per 45 c8, i.s : 2004/1991 & heat treated and able to operate easily.

Chain: link type (i.s: 6216/1982, grade 80, alloy steel) & roller type (i.s: 2403/1991) free end of chain should be fastened with a locking plate to prevent the chain coming out of the sprocket wheel.

Free wheeling mechanism shall be made available to attach the load quickly.

All the hoist shall be provided with an automatic all weather mechanical load break which shall prevent self lowering the load.

Spare is two years available for all ratchet lever hoist.

Painting: all non-working surfaces shall be given a primer coat & two coats of heat resistant paint.

Packing: the ratchet lever type hoistA and spares etc. Shall be packed rigidly to avoid any transit damage and dispatched.

Guarantee: 12 months from the date of acceptance or 18 months from dispatch which ever is earlier.
