1. A stepping motor equipped with an odometer

2) Regular speed proportionate to pulses regardless of the variation of input voltage

2. Welding voltage/current controllable by data communication
1) With shifted a control knob from a feeder of the existing mechanism towards a carriage, operators can
control the state of welding to be optimized so as to get a good quality of welding
(eliminating the need for operators to go to a feeder to operate a control knob).
2) With 2P-carriage wire, working conditions and movement become easy
3. Operational features
1) With the memorized best welding and accurate control, the work according to a work flow chart can get the
same result as that of experienced workers.
2) Because the current speed is displayed correctly by just rotating a speed control volume, the need to
correct the speed of carriage in travelling is eliminated.
4. Safety (to prevent an electric shock)
1) Because the main power uses DC38V, no risk for operators to receive an electric shock.
