This lightweight carriage has been developed after due consideration of the above-mentioned problems. Owing to its light weight of 5kg, this lightweight discontinuous fillet auto carriage can be handled easily.
A permanent magnet attached on the center of the body gives traction of app. 25kg and safety equal to a machine. It is designed to detach/attach by human natural force. This lightweight discontinuous fillet auto carriage is capable of welding automatically even in a narrow space of 240m/m and traveling precisely and reliably by traction of 35kg without reverse loading on welding cable or power cable.
