These General Type Carriage(SS-06CT) on sale by other manufacturer weighs 7~8kg with lacking of traction to pull a torch on traveling, so if about 4kg weight would be loaded on the rear of a torch, its welding area gets derailed and followed by poor welding. And, carriage of which a permanent magnet installed on the wheel brings about rib arrangement in the body of the carriage because spatter of an arc adheres to the wheel and causes a defect in the welding bead and safety accident (like an injury in the workera s waist) on trying to remove by force or separate a foreign substance inserted into the wheel by hands.
This lightweight carriage has been developed after due consideration of the above-mentioned problems.
Owing to its light weight of 5kg, this lightweight discontinuous fillet auto carriage can be handled easily. A permanent magnet attached on the center of the body gives traction of app. 25kg and safety equal to a machine. It is designed to detach/attach by human natural force.
This lightweight discontinuous fillet auto carriage is capable of welding automatically even in a narrow space of 240m/m and traveling precisely and reliably by traction of 35kg without reverse loading on welding cable or power cable.
Tachometer Generator controlled feedback enables to maintain regular speed (auto cruise) even with the irregular power or variation of load.
