Owing to its light weight of 5kg, this lightweight discontinuous fillet auto carriage can be handled easily. A permanent magnet attached on the center of the body gives traction of app. 25kg and safety equal to a machine. It is designed to detach/attach by human natural force.
This lightweight discontinuous fillet auto carriage is capable of welding automatically even in a narrow space of 240m/m and traveling precisely and reliably by traction of 35kg without reverse loading on welding cable or power cable.
Tachometer Generator controlled feedback enables to maintain regular speed (auto cruise) even with the irregular power or variation of load.
