1. Whole line is driven by independent motors. Separate motors drive stranding cages to rotate by synchronous belts with large module. Compared with main shaft synchronization, this type of machine can radically solve oil leaking and noise problem of gearbox.
2. Whole line adopts SIEMENS PLC, SSD DC regulating device for keeping accuracy of synchronization. During production, operator can set lay length, linear speed and other parameters on touch screen in line with the specification of cables.
3. The main shaft is made of seamless steel pipe, stranding cage is supported by bearings at both front and rear ends, adopting gears for back twist, so it can rotate speed and improve efficiency.
