Key Features
1. Single wire pay-off adopts KB controller to control the DC motor. Feedback signal is sent by pressure sensor to motor control system to guarantee the stability of pay-off tension.
2. Main shaft of stranding cage adopts thick seamless pipe. Stranding cage is supported by aligning bearings at both front and rear ends. Stranding cages adopt planetary gears system for back twist, 100% mechanical back twist is achievable.
3. All stranding cages and capstans are driven by individual motors
4. Special single wire pre-forming devices can prevent cables from becoming loose when separating from any section after lay up.
5. Whole line has the function of auto-stop when wire breaks.
