1. The machine has side-bottom loading and unloading device for bobbins, PINTLES closing and opening by means of motor or by means of pneumatics, easy to operate, shorten the time, thus improving the productivity.
2. The machine uses pneumatic tension control for wires, with automatic tension adjustment keeping stable tension or adopts mechanical friction tension control.
3. Wire break detector uses RTS encoder, which has excellent low speed performance, the wire breaks detector is accurate, fast and reliable.
4. The side-bottom loading system has good appearance, ease of maintenance, occupied small floor space and is of high efficiency.
5. Angled grove surface on the two capstan wheels enable the natural separation of wires to avoid scratch on wires surface, enhanced better wires quality.
