Rubber Vulcanizing Line

The Rubber Vulcanizing Line is used for making rubber cables and wires, with single layer, double-layer, strip-color insulation or sheathing.

Main Features of Rubber Vulcanizing Line :
1. The continuous vulcanization process is used to ensure high production and good quality.
2. When equipped with double extruders, the line can make many cables of different specifications.
3. When configured with cone-type payoffs, take-up accumulators and take-ups or coilers, the line can complete continuous production in reels or coilers.
4. The rubber extruders are heated by water or electricity, cooled by cycling water, temperature control is accurate and advanced.
5. The cold flakes are fed into the extruders through the feeding wheel. They are mixed evenly in the extruder.
