Main Features of Drum Twist Type Laying-Up Machine :
1. The machine adopts new structure design, which has advantages such as high performance, high efficiency, easy to load or unload of cable drum, low noise level, etc.
2. The machine uses SIEMENS touch screen and PLC to command and coordinate starting, running and synchronization of individual motor of the whole machine by PROFIBUS. AC motor is controlled by SIEMENS M440 frequency-converter.
3. Main motor, pay off motors, traverse motor, taping head motor, caterpillar motor uses AC motors with frequency inverter control. Winding is driven directly by AC frequency conversion motor. All components are of quality products for stable performance, ease in maintenance.
4. Traversing pitches can be set, changed, indicated on touch screen. Traversing left and right direction, inching or fast motion can be adjusted on the touch screen.
5. Pay off is of independent motor, easy to install, operate, and maintenance. Synchronous with rotating take up, also can inching rotation individually.
