Corefill PasteCOREFILL-PASTE is a combination of mixed refractory material specially developed for patching or sealing areas of the cores during assemblies. Typical properties Colour : Black Specific-Gravity : 1.85 - 2.00 gms / cc Application The product can be applied directly on the cores which are subsequently torched or dried in the oven for 1 hour at 110 deg. In case water based paint is applied on the cores, drying operation can be undertaken for paint and paste at the same time. Advantages High refractoriness and hardness. Easy to use as the product is in paste form. Applicable for all types of cores. Low gas evolution. Minimizes fettling operations. Storage and Handling The product should be stored at a room temperature under roof and away from direct sunlight and moisture.
