Metakote-ALN a spirit based Aluminium coating for brushing and spraying application
A ready for use dressing having excellent suspension and coverage properties for casting Aluminium inlet manifolds.

- Specific-Gravity: 0.90 +/ -0.03 gms/cc
- Application Viscosity: 13-14 seconds by B-4 cup.
Application
- Product is used for resin bonded cores.
- Suitable for Spraying, Brushing, types of applications.
- Product is specially formulated to ensure high refractory,
non-wet-able and non-reactive coating layer with optimum application
properties to ensure an excellent casting finish. - Coating is dried in oven at 150 deg imparting a uniform coating film on the core surface.

- Product is easily re-mixable due to better suspension properties
and gives uniform coverage, which ensures a good casting finish, free
from micro-porosity shrinkage.

of safety gears and gadgets is a must while handling the above product.
Shelf-Life: 3Months from the date of manufacture.
