BAKE-SOFT is a 100% vegetarian bread improver based on permitted fillers, enzyme complex[e1100], oxidants[e924,e300], yeast food[e510] & anticaking agents[e170]. It is a volume accelerator for the yeast leavened products resulting in superior ovenspring it conditions the dough, hence improving the dough tolerance and relaxation properties. BAKE-SOFT increases water uptake capacity of the flour increases the yield of the finished products which in turn becomes cost efficient. BAKE SOFT is widely used by ladi pav, brown, dabeli pav bakers to improve the quality.

DOSAGE: The recommended dosage is 0.1% to 0.2% based on flour.
