CHASSIS :

Fabricated from rolled channels and plates.

DRIVE UNIT AND TRANSMISSION :

The vehicle is driven by traction motor (AC/DC) powered by suitable traction battery's, the wheel is transmitted

through fully enclosed oil bath gear box mounted directly on motor ant output shaft of gear box connected

to rear differential axle through propeller shaft.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM :

Microprocessor based MOSFET controller provides smooth and stepless control of speed and acceleration.

Control panel is located below the steering handle, consist of ON-OFF switch, Kew switch, forward and

reverse switch, emergency cut-off switch and battery discharge indicator with low battery buzzer system.

STEERING :-

Standard automotive type steering on front wheels for easy control.

BRAKE :

internally expanding double shoe type hydraulic brakes on rear wheel, operated by a foot pedal. Parking brake

provided on the rear wheels.

SUSPENSION:-

Leaf spring and shock absorber are provided on the both the axle.

WHEELS:-

All tyre are solid rubber mounted tyres.

Solid cushin / Non-marking tyres can also be supplied as an option on customer request.

ACCESSORIES:-

The truck comes with Horn/head lamp/ tail lamp and brake lights.
