2. Whole line adopts SIEMENS S7-300 series PLC, Danfoss inverters control, for keeping accuracy of synchronization (lay length tolerance 1.5%).]
3. Adopting PLC to detect wire-breaking signal and display on the touch screen, noticeably increase the correctness and accuracy, so that can help the operator to quickly solve the problem.
4. Reel tension uses pneumatic proportional valve controller, automatically calculate and follow the diameter to regulate the tension. Factors can be adjusted manually on touch screen when machine powers on.
