Key Features
ZNW series cylinder thickener consists of wire mould, pressure device of pressure roll, etc. Low consistency pulp (0.3~1.2%)is fed from inlet into its cylinder trough where the pulp is attached to the surface of wire mould along the direction of the low speed rotation of wire mould. The pulp water is drained by the level difference(1/5~1/2 cylinder diameter) between inside and outside of cylinder. The filtered pulp is carried in the rotating cylinder at low speed and further pressed and dewatered to 4~6% by the roll on gravity. The pressed pulp is removed from roll by a scraper knife and drop in outlet.
