Xgx High-speed Washer

XGX High-Speed Washer is the regeneration machine of washing thick liquid concentrating equipment. It can not only wash but also concentrate the pulp. With high efficiency to separate impurities and dehydrate, obvious water-saving result, extremely high removal rate of tiny impurity such as printing ink ion, packing material etc., it is especially suitable for the washing and concentration of deinked waste paper pulp.
Application:
XGX series high speed washer can remove fine impurities such as ink particles and fillings in waste paper efficiently. It is widely used as the washer and thickener in deinking pulping process for ONP, used account book and MOW, etc..
Design features:
High ash removal: above 90%; significant brightness has been achieved.
High efficient dewatering: pulp consistency 0.8~1.2% at inlet, dewatered with centrifugal force of high speed spinning to consistency 10~15% at outlet depending on specific stock from waste paper.
