These XHS Series Low Speed High Torque Hydraulic Motor has very high mechanical efficiency and comparatively higher starting torque (at least 0.92 mechanical efficiency when it starts). The reason is: therea s no side force between piston and cylinder; the piston bottom is designed into static pressure balance; the torque between piston and crankshaft is transferred through the rolling bearing which reduces friction loss during force transferring process. It has very high volumetric efficiency (could reach 0.98) because of the following: the distributor with flat surface (patent technology) is designed simplely, reliablely, with perfect sealing and few leakage; the plastic piston ring is used between the piston and the tilt cylinder to provide no leakage. It runs stably under low speed and it can stably run under 1r/min working condition. And it provides wide adjusting range of speed. The reason is that it reduces friction loss and improves sealing performance in structure design.
