Xhdj Series Electric Winch

These XHDJ Series Electric Winch is improved, innovated and designed by our engineers based on their many years experience. JZ2-H type marine electric motor is its power; its drum rotation is driven by elastic coupling, closed gear reducer, opened large and small gears and square-jaw clutch; it adopts magnetic braking type and has manual band brake and manual clutch. This XHDJ Series Electric Winch has compact structure, small size, light weight, large lifting load and is convenient to use, thus ita s wildly applied on all kinds of hoisting apparatuses for ship, oil field, coal mine and port.
JZ2-H type marine electric motor provides automatic control box and magnetic brake, which makes it easy for long distance control to achieve brake protection function. This motor is IP56, which makes it be able to run normally under sandy wind or rain, thus ita s suitable for outdoor use. When the square-jaw clutch is declutched, empty hook is allowed to free fall which greatly improves working efficiency. When this winch stops working, locking the band brake not only achieves braking function but also protects opened gear and gear reducer.
