Method of Application: By brush or spray at a pressure of 40 to 50 P.S.I.
Flash Point: Above 30 deg C (86 deg F)
Finish: Smooth & Glossy
Colour: As per shade card including white and Black.

Recommended Use:
It is applied on furnitures, drums, barrels, household products, electrical motors, doors, windows and variety of other surfaces which are not subjected to outdoor exposure.

Drying Time:
Surface dry - Less than 2 hours.
Hard Dry - Less than 15 Hours.
Second coat application period - After 10 hours.
Above all properties depend upon temperature and humidity.

Covering Capacity on Smooth Mild Steel Surface:
13 to 17 sq. mt. / lt. / Coat at 18 to 20 micron, dry film thickness, depending upon shades and surface.

Recommended Primer:
For Metal: CHAMAK Primer Redoxide Metal Primer, CHAMAK Zinc Chrome Redoxide Primer, CHAMAK Zinc Chrone Primer yellow.
For Wood: Wood Primer White/Pink
For Plaster: CHAMAK Cement Primer (Oil Base).

Application Viscosity:
Brushing 50 to 60 sec at 30 deg C by F.C. No. 4
Spraying 30 to 35 sec at 30 deg C by F.C. No. 4

Direction for Use:
Remove dust, oil, grease, moisture, rust and other loose flakes etc. After priming the surface with recommended primer, with overnight drying & sanding with emery paper, apply CHAMAK Premium Glossy Synthetic Enamel using recommended thinner. Allow first cot to dry for minimum 10 hours before applying second coat. Stir the content thoroughly prior to use.
