Study construction with Horizontal and Vertical spiked Lattice for easy movement of fiber at variable speed. Single or Twin feeder can be supplied. A Multi -speed doffing system oscillates before vertical lattice to open up fibre and also controls feeling. High speed striper roller drum with adjustment of speed is provided to achieve uniform fibre feeding. A permanent magnetic system can be provided to sense & prevent the presence of iron particles while feeding the fiber. All lattices are mounted on specially designed chain to give more life to lattice. Individual drive for lattice and stripper roller give jerk free & smooth movement to fibre flow. Lattice tightening arrangements are given. Photo cell system can be provided, to regulate the flow of feeding, in case of Twin type feeders
