Production Technology
Choose 8-160 mesh clean quartz sand without impurities (strictly control the moisture content) 90-98 copies, inorganic pigment 1-8 copies, enamel glaze sintering additives 1-2 copies. Mix the inorganic pigment 1-8 copies and sintering additives 1-2 copies and grind them into uniform particle size. Then mix the 90-98 copies of quartz sands into the mixture together, sinter mixture with the temperature of 350-350 for 10-15 minutes. After all the processes, we get the colored enamel sintered sand.
