Special screw designed mix extruder, cycle water cool for screw, It is melt sufficiently for PVC material in lower temperature.
Special die structure, it neither mandrill and distributary shuttle type. It more suitable PVC extrude,not dead angle,distribute uniformity.
The die is heated and refrigerate by the cycle oil.
Avoid the disadvantage of other heat type. It is easy to control the temperature.
Remote infrared heater, control by PVM, the temperature uniformity.
The second tow roller is silicon rubber,which can endure high temperature.
Rotate winder, the film roller can work for 30 days without tearing down the screw and die.
