1.Technical Proposal and Parameter:
This machine used for producing labyrinth type irrigation pipe(irrigation tape). It is with two exturders, and can make three layers A/B/A irrigation pipe. It was newest designed by our company. it adopt technic of down blowing and cooling by water.four work station automatic winder. Operator only need one people per team. It has three layers structures: 80% is middle layer, it can be use recycle material, down the cost, inner and out layers is new material, occupy 10% per layer, total not more than 20%. So ita s outside is smooth, sand hole. The filter net device is two-path structure, it is patent by our company, can be not stop when changing the new net, so no waste material, and down the cost at least 50% than other labyrinth irrigation pipe machine.
The winder is with automatic cutting device, so the operation is easy.
