High Strength Pourable / Injectable Epoxy Grout

HIGH STRENGTH POURABLE / INJECTABLE EPOXY GROUTHind ERS 212 is a three component solvent free, free flowing, non-shrinking fast curing epoxy resin systemused for pourable into concrete for carrying out structural repairs. The system is insensitive to water and due tohigher density it displaces the water thus making application on damp surface. The cured system possesses highmechanical strength, non-shrinking properties, excellent adhesion, and is chemical resistant typical of all epoxyresin system. Cracks and voids of any nature can be successfully sealed/ bonded with Hind ERS 212. Though ithas high strength, the cured material does not become brittle and remains slight flexible. Hind ERS 212 ismanufactured in pre-measured quantities. Component A- Resin, Component B-Polyamide hardener andComponent C- Special Aggregate (Graded Silica flour/sand). ADVANTAGES Free flowing and non-shrink system. Resistance to acids and alkalis. Injection ports/nozzles are fixed at a regularspacing. The ports/nozzles to be sealed on the surface to prevent the grout from oozing out at the time ofinjection operation. It can be directly poured into wider cracks to fill it by gravity.MixingComponent-B Polyamide Hardener and Component A Resin are mixed at first, then Component C SpecialAggregate is slowly mixed well, so as not to entrap air into the product. Mixing is done for 2-3 minutes using adrill and paddle (maximum 200-300 R.P.M.).Only required quantity of material to be mixed for immediate use.The mixed material should be kept undisturbed for 2-3 minutes, so that if any entrapped air is there it escapesfrom the mix.InjectionThe grout mixture is pumped through the ports/nozzles fixed by means of positive displacement pump till thereis refusal from the nozzle or the mixture comes out of the adjacent nozzle.Cleaning: Clean all tools & equipment immediately after use with, Xylene, Toluene or suitable solvent.
