Ligno Based Foundry Grade Compound

Hind Foundry SL is a Sodium Lignosulphonate based byproduct of wood pulp manufacturing industry. It is
spray dried to produce Ligno powder. It contains lignin, which is a very complex chemical compound with
many random natural coupling. Physical and Chemical properties of the product is depended on the extraction
technologies and the source of raw materials available.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Hind Foundry SL is natural water resistant, sulfo derivatives of lignin, nascent at the time of sulphit method
de-lignifications of wood, i.e. the sodium salt of sodium lignosulphonate acids with the dirt of reducing mineral
substances. Due to high surface reactivity of Lignosulphonate, this additive is widely used in different
industries, like petroleum, mineral, chemical, pharmaceutical ,leather tanning, drilling, digging, metallurgy,
admixture manufacturing and foundry industries.

SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of manufacturing in unopened condition and stored in a dry place away from direct
