Greenflex Eva Ml20 Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer

Greenflex ML20, manufactured by Versalis (Eni Group), is an ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer designed for general-purpose injection molding where flexibility and Environmental Stress Crack Resistance (ESCR) are critical. With a vinyl acetate content of 7% and a melt flow rate of 2.5 g/10 min (190C/2.16 kg), this grade provides excellent balance of processability, strength, and toughness.

Greenflex ML20 exhibits strong mechanical properties, including tensile strength at yield of 7 MPa, flexural modulus of 100 MPa, Shore A hardness of 95 (Shore D 43), and a brittleness temperature below 80C, ensuring performance even in low-temperature conditions. It also features a melting point of 101C and Vicat softening point of 78C, supporting reliable performance in flexible molded products.

This resin complies with EU and international food-contact regulations, making it safe for use in packaging and consumer goods.
