USE

• Recommended for glass mosaic.
• Used for interior and exterior wall and floor.
• For wet and dry service condition wall and floor, swimming pools, Bathrooms, Commercial, Residential and Exterior spaces.

LIMITATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS

• Do not apply on gypsum, wood plaster, paint or any metal surfaces.
• Use notched trowel.
• Respect the mixing ratio.
• Wait for 24 hours before removing the back paper from glass mosaic tiles.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• Ensure that the substrate is flat, hard stable, well adhered and has normal absorption.
• Clean the substrate to remove dust, dirt residual coating, grease and laitance using suitable process.
• Ensure that the vertical and horizontal right angle is correctly maintained.
• Repair local undulation / damage on substrate at least 48 hours before application of tile adhesive.
• Chasing for the concealed piping, plumbing and electrical conduction should be carried out before application of tile adhesive.
• Saturate the surface well and remove excess water before application of the tile adhesive.

APPLICATION PROPERTIES

• Pot life: 3 hours
• Open time: 20 to 30 min
• Adjustment time: 15 min
• Time before grouting : 24 hours
• Do not fill pools at least 3 days after completion
• Recommended thickness: 2 to 10 mm
• Temperature of Application: to 5A A c +35A A c
• Mix ratio : 20 kg 4 to 7 ltr.
