USE

Bi component epoxy based material for:

• Grouting mosaic tiles in swimming pools onto concrete or render.
• Grouting of wall and floors tiles where chemical resistant and water imperious properties are required and where maintenance of hygiene and bacterial resistance are important.
• Repair of damaged till joints.

• Internal and external walls and floors.

RECOMMENDATIONS

• Clean off excess of X-pecial epoxy from joints before it hardnes.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• Tools must be cleaned immediately after usage
• Wear protective gloves.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• The joints must be free from adhesive or cementitious mortar through the whole depth of the joint, and should have a width between 2 to 12 mm
  

APPLICATION PROPERTIES

• Pot life: 50 min at 25 C
• Hardening time (grout): 4 to 8 hours
• Optimum hardening and chemical resistance : 4 days at 20A A C and 8 days at 10A A C
• Time before traffic : 4 to 8 hours.
