In the Auto Cool Iceberg ice cream machine there are two tanks which mix the ingredients, two freezing cylinders for producing the ice cream and three levers for pouring the ice cream. All the machine controls can be operated from the front panel of the machine. To start the pasteurization cycle a button needs to be pressed. These machines are convenient for high volume requirement by gravity fed. It provides soft serve ice cream in individual flavours as well as a combination of flavour twist or a swirl. It is made from stainless steel and can hold up to seven+seven litres of ice cream mix.
