WNS Auto Duct Forming Machine Model 1500FS is a state-of-the-art fully automatic coil line. The machine can perform all operations required to make straight rectangular ducts using coil stock.
The machine produces Flat sheet, L shape, U shape and fully folded box duct. It automatically shows default allowances for forms like Pittsburg Lock, Right Angle Flange and Snap Lock etc. These allowances can be modified by the user to suit the requirement. The AUTO DUCT FORMING MACHINE 1500FS with its complete automated operation, drastically reduces material wastage, cuts labour cost and increases production.
Smartly designed Beading & Straightening station is easy to handle and produce very precision sheet movement. The standard beading head provides 5 Nos. U shaped beads. The Head is powered by AC servo Motor for very precision movement of sheet metal.
The Folding and Shearing station is a compact design with an upward shear and hydraulic operated folder. The clamp beam is operated by two hydraulic cylinders.
