Amylase Enzyme For Animal Feed NutrizymeAR LTAA3 is made from the strain of Bacillus subtilis through cultivation, fermentation and extraction technique. It can catalyze the hydrolysis of starch efficiently.
This product can be used for the liquidizing process of glucose, cerealose, alcohol, beer, monosodium glutamate, Shaoxing weine, distillate spirits and antibiotic industry, as well as the desizing process of textile industry.

Working Condition:

Temperature: 60~70a ;
pH: Stable 6.0~7.0, optimum 6.0~6.5, inactive seriously under 5.0;
Ca2+ can improve the stability of low-temperature alpha-amylase, its activity totally disappears without Ca2+.
Recommended Dosage:

6~8u per gram of raw starch material; 2~3 per gram of raw starch material together used with high temperature alpha-amylase for the liquefaction process in the alcohol industry.

Storage:

This product should be stored at a cool place to avoid high temperature and insolation.
