Alpha Galactosidase NutrizymeAR AG2 is made by Trichoderma spp through cultivation and extraction technique. It has the functions as non-starch polysaccharide enzyme in degrading NSP decreasing intestinal viscosity and improving the digestion and absorption of nutrients resent research show that Alpha Galactosidase is a kind of multifunctional growth promoter because it can improve the secretion of insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) promote the synthesis of protein and increase the lean meat percentage.

Alpha Galactosidase can reduce the viscosity of intestinal contents thus increasing the hydrolysis of nutrients to promote their digestion and absorption.
