82m12 Ribbon Fiber Splicing Machine

The TYPE-82M12 is a compact and portable design, and makes a highly accurate and reliable fusion splice in high speed.
The TYPE-82M12 achieves splice time of approximately 11 seconds for SMF12c and heat shrink time of approximately 25 seconds with 40mm sleeve for 12c.
Independent dual heat shrink ovens which a.c built onto the splicer ran reduce the bottle neck of wait time and enhance splicing efficiency.
Automatic fiber count detection and automatic arc compensation function enable to automatically select suitable splice program for the fiber being used prior to fusion splicing.
A touch screen is available on 5.0 inch TFT color LCD monitor. An operator can just touch icons on the monitor to work with the splicer, which makes splicing operation more user-friendly,
The TYPE-82M12 has drip proof and dust proof performance equivalent to IP52. Rubber shook pads are equipped with the splicer to protect it from drop impact.
